Tungsten is a swedish power metal band started by well renomed Swedish drummer Anders Johansson (ex Hammerfall, ex Yngwie etc) and his two sons Nick and Karl Johansson. Then the quartet was a fact when singer Mike Andersson joined the band. With three album in the can where the benad delivers a failrly unique mix of folk music and melodic metal, spiced with more modern metal. It's not that it hasn't been done before, but there are something fresh and exciting in the bands song writing making every single son a little universe in itself. If you haven't listened before then look up songs like "On the Sea", "Northern Lights" and the led heavy "We Will Rise".
