Disability

Of course, people with disabilities enjoy rock music too, and we are currently receiving many questions regarding policies for personal assistants and how the festival grounds are set up for wheelchair users and others with accessibility needs. Here are a few points to keep in mind:

- If you have a disability, you may bring a personal assistant in free of charge. If your disability is obvious-for example, if you use a wheelchair-you do not need an official assistant ID card. For other types of disabilities that may be less apparent to our staff, an assistant ID card is required. Unfortunately, some people try to cheat the system. It's a shame, but true.

- When you arrive at the festival, bring your own ticket and your personal assistant to the ACCREDITATION area, and we'll sort it out there!

- Accessible ramps are available at the two largest stages for those who need to be seated.

- The ground surface consists of gravel and grass. There is a slight change in elevation between the two main stages where you might need assistance getting up in a wheelchair (unless you have very strong arms). If you don't have an assistant with you, just let one of our many volunteers know, and they will help you!

- Accessible toilets are available within the festival grounds and at the campsite.

- Designated parking spaces near the entrance are available for wheelchair users.

- If you have a disability, there are a limited number of camping spots located closer to the festival area. Please contact camping@timetorock.se before purchasing a camping spot. A medical certificate is required to camp in this area.
