Majestica  (S)

Majestica is a power metal band from Boden, and basically the same group that previously called themselves ReinXeed. At the center is inevitably the singer and guitarist Tommy "Reinxeed" Johansson, who has a lot on his CV. For example, he recently quit his post in Sabaton and even more recently he was out playing with Robert Wells' Rhapsody in Rock. In addition, Tommy has a celebrated Youtube channel where he interprets all kinds of artists and bands. There it is shown that he is undoubtedly one of Sweden's best rock singers in modern times. In addition to Tommy, Majestica consists of Petter Hjerpe (guitar), Chris David (bass/vocals) and Joel Kollberg. Under the name Reinxeed they released six records, from "The Light" (2008) to "A New World" (2013) and a number of songs from these are still performed live. First album under the name Majestica was released in 2019 and was titled "Above the Sky". Already the following year came the sequel "A Christmas Carol", where the story of Ebenezer Scrooge gets new life through power metal and the occasional loop of Christmas music. Could be the best Christmas album ever. An obvious band for those who like power metal, heavy metal or are just a fan of well-played melodic music.
