Legendary punk band confirmed

Sham 69 was formed in Hersham, England back in 1975 and is today one of the big and most legendary punk bands within british working class punk. In their early career they had an audience that created a lot of violence and hooliganism during the bands shows. Today Sham 69 is one of the bands mentioned when you talk about the punk sub genre Oi! From the beginning the band was very much punk only but started slowly to move more towards classic British rock influenced by bands like The Who, Rolling Stones and Mott the Hopple. The sound of Sham 69 was and still is very singalong friendly with bombastic choruses, like football choirs. Listen to classic songs like "Hurry up Harry", "If the kids are United", "Borstal Breakout" and "Hersham Boys" and you will understand! The first period of the band lasted until 1980 and during six years they released four albums. Since their comeback in 1987 they have continued to release albums. As many other bands that are closing in on existing for 50 years, there has been several versions of the band and the last years there have been TWO different bands. But the Sham 69 that will play at Time To Rock is the the real Sham 69, 3/4 of "The original 1977 line-up" consisting of iconic frontman Jimmy Pursey, Dave Parsons (guitar), Dave Tregunna (bass). The band is completed by Robin Guy (drums). This is a show you don't wanna miss!

Jay Smith replaces Moxy We regret to announce that Canadian Moxy is canceling their gig with us due to illness in the band. However, they have promised to come to us next year instead. Of course this is very sad, as we know that many have been looking forward to seeing this band that has not played in Sweden since 2001. This close to the festival, it is, for many reasons, not possible for us to find a replacement in the same genre as Moxy. So with a lot of deadlines hanging over our necks, we have also looked elsewhere and found one of Sweden's...

Bus from Hässleholm Since it is not that easy to get between Hässleholm and Knislinge with Skånetrafiken (there are no buses at all late at night), we solve it by leasing a bus that can take you back and forth. Because we want as many people as possible to come to us from Hässleholm. The price for a one-way trip is 90 SEK and if you want to buy a bus pass for all 4 days it costs 490 SEK . You pay with Swish (for Swedish only) or cash when you get on the bus. If you buy a bus pass, you do...

Crystal Viper cancel - Ambush steps in! Crystal Viper's lead guitarist has sustained an arm injury, which unfortunately affects us and you as the band's summer tour is canceled. As a replacement, you will have Ambush , a classic metal band from Växjö. The band was founded in 2010 and in 2013 a demo and a music video were released on YouTube for the song "Don't Shoot (Let Them Burn)". The official debut album, "Firestorm", was released in 2014 and album number two, "Desecrator" came out the following year. In total, the group's catalog contains three full-length albums and a number of singles. On Metal Archives, the band...

Last band out: Dirkschneider! When Udo played under the name Dirkschneider in 2016/2017, it was under the slogan "Last chance to hear Accept songs with Udo Dirkschneider live", of which TTR 2017 (then Helgeåfestivalen) was one of the gigs. U.D.O. would never play their Accept hits again. Not even "Fast As a Shark" or "Balls to the Wall". Of course, this has not been possible. A treasure chest of songs like this cannot be left in the attic, at least not if the fans are allowed to decide. Now the gang is back with us, albeit in a slightly different setting. Udo and his son...

At the request of many: Eclipse confirmed! Now we can finally release the band that was actually wanted by most via the festival's "wanted band function": Eclipse. We listen and do our best to fulfill your wishes. Now it's time for the group to make a comeback in Knislinge. Eclipse was formed in Stockholm in 1999 by, among others, Erik Mårtensson (vocals/guitar) and Magnus Henriksson (guitar). The first record, "The truth and a little more" came out in 2001 and was guested by, among others, Kee Marcello (ex-Europe). Three years later came the sequel "Second to none" and to date the band has released more than ten records,...
